Operations Conference

LOCATION: Tyndal AFB, Florida
DESCRIPTION:
The Southeast Region will be holding an Operations Conference. It is intended to bring together all command, operations and emergency services personnel to review current mission capabilities and coordinate future operations.
ELIGIBILITY:
All Wing Commanders, Region Operations/Emergency Services Staff, and Wing Operations/Emergency Services Staff are eligible (and incouraged) to attend.
UNIFORM:
Battle Dress Uniform (BDU), Flight Suits, USAF or CAP Service Uniform (jacket optional). Refer to CAPM 39-1, Uniform Manual for proper wear.
BASE ACCESS:
A Military Support Authoization (MSA) will be issued prior to your arrival for proper base access. All members may be asked to present identification for each person entering the base, proof of vehicle insurance and registration, and CAP identification.
CONFERENCE FEE:
$39.00 due at check-in. Fee includes lodging. Checks only will be accepted.
LODGING:
Lodging at Tyndall AFB will be arranged. Room assignments will be given upon arrival and check-in with the Southeast Region Operations Conference Staff.
MEALS:
Meals will be available on base at each members own expences. Note: There is no banquet associated with this conference.
TRANSPORTATION:
Transportation to and from such activity is not the responsibility of CAP and is provided "as available”. Privately owned vehicles travel to or from such activity is performed strictly at the member's own risk (reference CAPR 77-1, para 6c and CAPR 52-16, para 8-10) and is not under CAP direction and control. Aircrews flying in CAP aircraft may fly into Tyndall AFB (rules apply) or fly into
